You can prevent piles by:
  • Avoiding constipation
  • Drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated
  • Including more fiber in your diet
  • Exercising regularly
  • Avoid staying seated for prolonged periods; make it a point to stand and walk about at regular intervals if you have a desk job
  • if you suffer from severe or chronic piles, it may be a good idea to switch to a cleansing all-fruit diet for a few days.
