- Symptoms: of Migraine:
- Throbbing/pulsating /Hammering headache
- Recurring headache/Starting from one side/then
- from front.side .back. /Sensitivity to light/ noise and nausea.
- Primary trigger: Heat and Humidity.
- Food: coffee,tea, aged cheese, chocolate. and red wine and habit of skipping meals, especially breakfast.
- Gets worse because of fatigue, exhaustion, lack of sleep, excess caffeine, menses,travelling, and strong smells.
