  16. Throbbing/pulsating /Hammering headache
  17.  Recurring headache/Starting from one side/then
  18. from  front.side .back. /Sensitivity to light/ noise and nausea.
  19. Primary trigger: Heat and Humidity.
  20. Food: coffee,tea, aged cheese, chocolate. and red wine and habit of skipping meals, especially breakfast.
  21. Gets worse  because of fatigue, exhaustion, lack of sleep, excess caffeine, menses,travelling, and strong smells.

  24. AMITRYPTILINE, TOPIRAMATE, FLUNARIZINE, BETA BLOCKERS, DIVALPORE
  25. HOME  REMEDIES:::::
  26. pain balms/ cold compress/ Hot baths/ darkening rooms/ supplements such as  Magenesium, riboflavin, feverfew, butterbur.
  27. Foods: ginger, red pepper, ( capsaicin) green tea
  28.  eucalyptus oil.
  29. Advice: suggestions: get adequate sleep, eat your meals on time,  and exercise regularly.
  30. Avoid frictions and stress.
